In Switzerland, our “Operations and Supply chain” management consultants team is the spearhead of Pw C’s management consulting practice. We have the privilege to work with many of the leading companies in the market, as well as new and growing businesses. Your Skill Set

M aster’s degree in business or engineering (MBA or equivalent ) .

5-10 years of relevant work experience ideally p revious experience from business consulting .

P revious experience in consulting sales and proposal development, along with involvement in internal company initiatives.

S trong analytical and project management skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders .

Ideally you understand or have worked with the leading technology solutions for supply chain & operations management .

P revious experience in one or more of the following areas of supply chain: operating model design, manufacturing, supply chain and distribution footprint optimization, supply chain planning, logistics and transportation, or warehouse management.

As an adva ntage we consider experience from large transformation projects and other exposure to improving supply chain or operations functions that operate along the value chain .

S olid track record in delivering projects as a team player with a high degree of independence.

P roven ability to coach and develop team members.

Fluency in English is a must , with German or French considered an advantage. Flexibility for travel is also required .

Proficiency with MS Office tools ( e.g. E xcel, Power Point , Word )

Additionally , as a S enior M anager :

P revious experience from business consulting .

S trong network in Life Sciences, Industrial Manufacturing and/or Retail and Consumer Goods .

T rack record of successful business development and sales achievements.

E xisting s trong knowledge on one of the teams' core capabilities within supply chain ( supply chain operating model transformation , manufacturing, supply chain and distribution footprint optimization, supply chain planning, logistics and transportation, or warehouse management ) .

Ability to lead multiple projects as needed .

Ability to lead, motivate and create a long-term vision for a team with s trong people management capabilities .
