Property Treaty Underwriter – Reinsurance (Native French-Speaking)

Key Responsibilities:

• Underwrite French and European property treaty reinsurance
• Lead pricing, modeling, and risk assessments for treaty programs
• Negotiate reinsurance transactions and manage contract documentation
• Develop strong relationships with clients and brokers
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Actuaries, Claims, and Risk
• Contribute to strategic business development and market initiatives

Your Profile:

• University degree in Natural Science, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Up to 5 years of experience in reinsurance or insurance
• Knowledge of the French property market is a strong advantage
• Strong analytical skills, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• IT literate, especially with Excel; experience with natural catastrophe modeling is a plus
• Native French speaker, fluent in English; German is a bonus
