Key Responsibilities:
- Underwrite French and European property treaty reinsurance
- Lead pricing, modeling, and risk assessments for treaty programs
- Negotiate reinsurance transactions and manage contract documentation
- Develop strong relationships with clients and brokers
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Actuaries, Claims, and Risk
- Contribute to strategic business development and market initiatives
- Join a respected and successful reinsurance company with a strong European presence
- Be part of a collaborative, supportive, and experienced team dedicated to mutual growth and success
- Enjoy long-term stability in a company that values its employees and promotes continuous development
- Take ownership of key accounts and shape the future of the business with your expertise
- University degree in Natural Science, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Up to 5 years of experience in reinsurance or insurance
- Knowledge of the French property market is a strong advantage
- Strong analytical skills, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- IT literate, especially with Excel; experience with natural catastrophe modeling is a plus
- Native French speaker, fluent in English; German is a bonus
