Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow the flow of briefs and support ACM from start to finish so that all needs of the client and brief are met on time for Europe & IMEA regions.
• Key interaction amongst all key players: P&G client, sales, FDMs, perfumers, technical, consumer research, application labs, on a day-to-day basis to ensure projects are run efficiently & client’ s deadline are met.
• Execute projects management including (not limited to) entering consumer research requests, inputting sample requests, coordinating samples production with lab, initiating stability tests, requesting additional base/information from client, formatting consumer test results.
• Support sales, FDMs, sensory, technical & consumer research teams to prepare for client presentations & meetings. This includes coordination, ordering market products, ordering samples, labelling samples, determining what support materials needs to be shipped, and packing/shipping all materials.
• Responsible for Commercial operations for Europe & IMEA region within the P&G PLu.
• Coordinate and enter Budget for EU & IMEA with the Commercial global operation network of the P&G PLu.
• Update prices & conditions in SAP & P&G PLu file.
• Create Supply Chain Notices in corresponding system and follow-up through their lifecycle.
• Maintain commercial data.

You Bring:

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in commercial/operations roles.
• Attention to detail, sense of excellence, ability to work with precision, structure, and discipline in day-to-day execution.
• Good project management, strategic skills, and good business acumen
• Positive attitude, flexible mindset.
• Fluent in French (C2) and English (C2).
• Excellent time management skills.
• Excellent Computer skills (MS Excel, Power Point, Word and the ability to learn Firmenich systems), comfortable in digital environment.
