Role: Tax Claims Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Clients with a Tax Claims mandate must be repapered (Ra S client documentation for custodians and Onboarding & Power of Attorney with the Vendor for Reclaim-clients).
• Clients’ needs to be set up in the bank's systems (manual workload).
• Tasks requires tax and client onboarding background beside good organizational skills.
• Prepare, process, and maintain paperwork related to all aspects of the accounting cycle, culminating in the preparation and filing of tax returns.
• Confirm the accuracy of records and documents related to tax reporting and preparation.
• Maintain written and oral communications between the company and all relevant vendors and regulatory agencies.
• Remain up to date with changes in the tax code and accounting laws.
• Conduct research on tax compliance issues at the local and national levels.

Skills and Experience:

• Good process know-how across Tax Reclaim and Relief at Source​
• Understanding of client structures (Natural Persons and Legal Entities)​
• Skilled in administrative tasks and data (Excel)/ information processing
