Danfoss is looking for a highly motivated individual to join as Application Engineer for Climate Solutions. We are looking for someone who can develop and deliver the best in class technical solutions. The candidate is expected to provide customers and partners with system level advice of various Danfoss offerings in Taiwan.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Successfully launch Danfoss Climate Solutions’ new products in HVAC&R industry and develop new applications while keeping key stakeholders like Sales team, Product team, and R&D team in the loop.
• Support customer’s new system development from early stage Calculates HVAC, heat pump life cycle cost analysis and benchmarks to next best alternative.
• Manage application review to ensure Danfoss product’s reliability in customer’s system.
• Build long term relationship with customer’s R&D team.
• Support R&D/Marketing in relation to change customer's requirement into Danfoss’s new product development.
• Train customer and internal colleagues regarding Danfoss’s product/application.
• Manage customer request and create inspection report.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electric/Electronics
• Min. 5 years of relevant working experience in HVAC&R industry
• Professional Engineering (PE) certificate is preferable
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
• Fluent in English (proficiency in technical terminologies) is a plus
• People management skill is a plus
