About the role:
Ensure providing a smooth and professional operation for the front desk service and reception area. Provide exceptional customer service to Customers, Visitors and Guests.
What this job involves:
Perform reception duties in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner at all times; ensure the reception area is maintained in a neat, tidy, well-organized, and safe condition.
Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
Ensure visitors sign in line with client requirements; notify company personnel of visitor arrivals.
Abide by all procedures, rules, and regulations.
Maintain the security and telecommunications system.
Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring the logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
Manage the Security Access pass database, including adding and removing users, issuing temporary security and building access passes, auditing restricted area authority bi-annually, and auditing the Temporary Security access pass register as required.
Handle pressure and unwelcome visitors.
Ensure 100% compliance with Safety Health & Environment Management Requirements.
Efficiently fulfill routine and assigned administrative work, ensuring timely and accurate completion as assigned by FM or the site lead.
Manage document management, supporting audit-required documents and filing documents skillfully, whether soft copies or original documents.
Manage meeting rooms and make records of their utilization.
Plan and coordinate events, including producing useful content and preparing for monthly newsletters as an event planner
Assist the Site Lead with implementing local and regional initiatives, ensuring a coordinated approach for the team.
Manage parking space for eligible employees and maintain a positive relationship with BMO.
Rotate and support other offices within Taiwan's portfolio as needed.
Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications
Candidate must have at least 1 year of experience as a receptionist.
