We are currently seeking an experienced Project Construction Management professional to lead our Project and Development (PDS) New Build Project Management team. In this role, you will be driving our business in delivering Project & Construction Management services for New Build projects across multiple markets sectors including Logistics, Data Centre, Commercial Office, Hotels & Hospitality, Residential plus others. Our consultancy service covers end to end from due diligence, feasibility studies, project management to construction management.

What this job involves:
Sales role
Actively network, build and develop client relationships across all markets.
Liaise with other JLL expertise and departments to build integrated multi-expertise approaches to solve our clients’ complex problems (Leasing agency, Capital Markets, Sustainability, Consulting, Smart Building, Construction feasibility, Design & Build etc.)
Lead technical aspects of bid responses, confidently deliver client presentations and pitches.
Manage and supervise contract negotiation process until execution.
Operational role
Lead projects, ensuring that JLL and external team staffing, establishment and capability reflects project requirements.
Ensure projects are completed within scope, schedule, budget, and meet client expectations.
Manage multiple projects in various phases of development.
Negotiate and hold all parties accountable to their contract obligations.
Coordinate the activities of large project teams including owners, architects/designers, engineers, specialty consultants, contractors, suppliers, operators, AHJs and other stakeholders.
Foresee and mitigate project risks, including HSE, Cost, schedule and quality.
Actively troubleshoot, solve problems, and track key performance indicators.
Managerial role
Be accountable for the growth of the New Build Project Management team.
Establish and monitor goals and objectives for team members.
Organize team staffing.
Be accountable for talent acquisition, working with our internal TA team.
Ensure development of team expertise and knowledge management.
Innovate in new methodologies new tools.
Build self-promotion and develop trust as a leader in other JLL departments.
Thought leadership role
Be an inspirational leader that influences internally and externally.
Represent New Build PDS Taiwan team in JLL community globally.

Qualifications and experience
An experienced Project Management leader with 10+ years of relevant experience within APAC or globally.
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
Proven track record in delivering projects on-time, on-budget within scope that meets or exceeds stakeholder expectations.
Demonstrated experience in New Build project delivery.
Dynamic and driven, with impeccable organizational skills.
Capacity to evolve in a multi-expertise, international environment.
Mandarin language ability is preferred.
