As a Guru you will be accountable for:

Creating and executing effective fulfillment campaigns for clients to drive engagement and sales.

Coordinating marketing plans from various clients into one cohesive strategy, identifying opportunities to enhance sales through integrated marketing efforts.
-
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, offering insights and best practices to optimize their marketing strategies.
-
Collaborating closely with product teams to ensure seamless client fulfillments and satisfaction.
-
Overseeing the implementation of standardized marketing processes and tools, ensuring smooth execution and administrative efficiency.
-
Managing and monitoring cross-company bundling of products and services, executing marketing campaigns and go-to-market activities to maximize impact.

Providing detailed sales and spend tracking reports, offering insights by channels and product categories to evaluate marketing effectiveness and target achievement.
-
Partnering with internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with sales priorities, ensuring a holistic approach that meets customer needs.
We're looking for someone who:
-
Proven experience in account management, client servicing, or sales within a media or marketing agency environment.
-
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
-
Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify business opportunities and address challenges effectively. Comfort with numbers and data analysis is essential.
-
Outstanding presentation skills, capable of clearly and persuasively communicating ideas and insights.
-
Proficiency in written and spoken Thai, ensuring effective communication with local clients and stakeholders.

Skilled in using MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Power Point, for analysis, communication, and presentation tasks.

Demonstrated ability to think strategically and implement creative solutions to meet client needs and drive business growth.
