Job Description
Team and Role Introduction:
1、Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to expand Choice business customer base and market share in targeted industries.
2、Identify new business opportunities, establish partnerships, and negotiate contracts with potential clients to drive revenue growth.
3、Manage a sales pipeline, ensuring regular follow-ups, and providing exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships.
4、Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs, adjusting BD strategies accordingly.
5、Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, and support, to align on goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
1. Recruit sellers in Thailand and meet monthly seller development targets as set by the company.
2. Develop and execute a detailed seller development plan based on the company’s product category strategy.
3. Lead negotiations and contract signings with sellers, and manage all pre-boarding activities to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
4. Establish and nurture strong relationships with sellers, organize targeted recruitment events, and provide timely feedback on market trends and business insights
.5. Maintain effective communication and collaboration with sellers during the post-boarding phase.
6. Analyze recruitment data and generate comprehensive statistical reports and analyses.
7. Collaborate closely with the China team, ensuring smooth cross-cultural communication and teamwork.

Job Requirements
1. Strong network of local Thai sellers and service providers.
2. Proven experience in seller recruitment for Thai e-commerce platforms
3. Proficiency in Thai is required, with a preference for fluency in a second language, such as Chinese or English.
4. Ability to work effectively across cultures, with strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
