Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or digital industry.
Solid understanding of affiliate marketing tools, platforms, and networks, with experience in managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, able to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
