Sales Manager, MV Products - Industrial Sector

Drive sales activities targeting mid-size projects within the industrial sector.
Promote and sell our MV Switchgear, RMU, and transformer solutions, providing tailored offerings that meet the unique requirements of mid-size industrial projects.
Proactively explore and identify new market opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to develop targeted strategies for market expansion and customer acquisition.
Engage directly with customers and channel partners, building strong relationships and understanding their needs to position our solutions effectively.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that optimize the chances of success in winning mid-size project opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and exceptional customer experience.
Effectively manage and communicate with multiple stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to drive alignment and successful project outcomes.
Take ownership of achieving and surpassing annual order and sales targets within the designated industrial sectors.
Qualifications
Proven track record in sales within the industrial sector, with a focus on mid-size projects.
In-depth knowledge of MV Switchgear, RMU, and transformer solutions, with the ability to articulate their value proposition effectively to customers and partners.
Demonstrated ability to explore new markets, develop sales strategies, and drive go-to-market initiatives to maximize sales opportunities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders and build strong, lasting relationships.
Strategic thinking and a results-oriented approach to sales, with a focus on driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Ability to navigate and leverage sales channels and ecosystems, such as working with System Integrators, contractors, and other relevant partners.
Demonstrated success in setting up and executing sales strategies to maximize chances of winning in competitive markets.
Bachelor s degree in electrical engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are advantageous.
Primary Location: TH-10-Bangkok.
