ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT MANAGER (m/f/d)
Istanbul, Turkey

ABOUT THE JOB

You will have the responsibility for the company accounting, reporting, treasury and fiscal in line with the local requirements and in compliance with Group Policies; candidate will work closely with the Group functions, will be responsible for all statutory, tax and legal obligations of Electrolux Professional Turkey.

ABOUT YOUR TASKS

Responsible for all local country regulatory compliance
Accurate preparation and timely submission of all statutory/Group reporting and filings, ensure the delivery of robust month end reporting
Ensure business processes comply with Electrolux Professional’s internal control framework and the yearly self-assessment process
Support audit process (internal and external)
Supervise the administrative tasks related to Procure to Pay, accounts receivable
Supervise the administrative tasks related to intercompany balance reconciliation
Oversee all details of concurrently running projects
Strengthen our team with humour and heart

ABOUT YOU

Graduated in Economic disciplines and Certified accountant on Turkey statutory rules and fiscal regulations
Minimum of 5 years post qualification relevant work experience
Experience of working for an International organisation and shared service function
Good knowledge of Turkish GAAP and international accounting principles IFRS
Fluent in Turkish and English, both written and verbal
Good IT operational knowledge (office package, finance solution JDE and business intelligence Qlik sense is an asset)
