• Checking purchase and expense invoices,
• Monitoring the bank current account, recording bank transaction movements daily, ensuring necessary reconciliations,
• Ensuring daily monitoring and entries of E-Invoice-E-Archive invoices,
• Making fixed asset purchases, debits and expense accruals,
• Following insurance policies and following up on future months/years accrual records and related period expense accruals,
• Ensuring that maturities are recorded correctly for correct approval of payments,
• Completing reconciliations of payables and receivables,
• Resolving, reporting and following up on mismatches,
• Contributing to the preparation of financial statements in accordance with TFRS/UFRS,
• Following up on 180/280, 380/480 expense accruals,
• Making invoice referrals to internal directives,

• Graduated from relevant departments of universities,
• At least 3 years of experience in the field,
• Proficient in the uniform chart of accounts,
• Actively using SAP FI, MM and SD modules or thinking that they can learn quickly,
• Good at using MS Office (Excel) programs,
• High reporting skills,
• Close to teamwork, strong communication skills, analytical thinking, solution-oriented,
• Loving the profession, improving themselves, closely following the legislation,
• Able to keep up with the intense work tempo.
