For our location in Turkey, we are looking with immediate effect for a motivated
Customer Support Engineer (w/m/d)

  • Technically advanced customer support, responding to customer enquiries from national and international participants via email and telephone in the Customer Service Team Processing of new customer connections and upgrades with a focus on troubleshooting

Benefits
This is important to us
  • A bachelor’s degree in informatics or a comparable course of study with primary focus on networks
  • Ideally first experience in Customer Service / Support
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Turkish skills as well as knowledge of an additional Arabic or Asian language, are desirable
  • Real team player
  • Willingness to undertake shift work and participate in a 24x7 on-call duty
