About the Role
Porter is seeking a strategic and driven Demand Customer Acquisition Manager to oversee the strategy and successful execution of our customer onboarding process in Turkey. While the Demand Customer Acquisition Manager will not personally handle onboarding, they will lead and manage a skilled team to achieve customer acquisition goals.

About the Role
Porter is seeking a strategic and driven Demand Customer Acquisition Manager to oversee the strategy and successful execution of our customer onboarding process in Turkey. While the Demand Customer Acquisition Manager will not personally handle onboarding, they will lead and manage a skilled team to achieve customer acquisition goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive customer onboarding through a dedicated team.
- Oversee and support a team leader, who manages field sales associates responsible for customer onboarding.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align demand strategies with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, focusing on the number of customers onboarded.
- Optimize processes to enhance team efficiency and onboarding success rates.
- Ensure continuous training and development for team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
- At least 5 years of experience in demand management, sales strategy, or a similar role.
- Proven leadership experience, with a strong ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners.
