GE Aerospace is offering the opportunity to work with the latest technologies and applications, specializing in aircraft engine design and analysis, in a technology base. Turkey Technology Center (TTC), is one of GE Aerospace's nine engineering centers throughout the world, supporting aviation-related R&D and innovation projects that expand with new investments. Our campus is in Kartal, Istanbul.

In this position you will be working with a team of design engineers to develop next generation hybrid electric systems for Aerospace Industry to invent the future of the flight.

Only candidates who have been students for at least 6 months will be evaluated during the internship

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

• Understand low temperature PEM fuel cell technology and its associated electrochemical governing equations.
• Create electrochemical fuel cell models with power electronics oriented PLECS simulation environment

Requirements:

• BSc (year 3/4) or MSc student of electrical and/or electronics or similar engineering.
• Have familiarity with electrical circuit simulation environments like PLECS, Matlab/Simulink, PSIM, Proteus.
• Eager to study the technology of low temperature PEM fuel cell
• Have familiarity with Matlab, Octave or PLECS functional block programming scripts
