Summary of the role

As an Implementation Engineer, you’ll analyze customer systems and service requirements, support new and existing customers in the integration of Amadeus products or solutions. You’ll also support software implementation project activities at airline customers from different part of the world.

In this role you’ll:

• Identify specific actions necessary to integrate Amadeus products/services.
• Establish and manage the product/solution integration schedule.
• Write functional specifications used for customization and/or verify that specifications reflect customer requirements.
• Support project activities during the implementation.
• Guarantee that customized products/solutions meet specified requirements.

About the ideal candidate

To succeed in the Implementation Engineer role, you’re required to have relevant experience in the following areas;

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, or System Implementation and/or Project Management in the software life cycle,
• As you’ll work with international clients, we are looking for an excellent command of English level
• Ability and willingness to work in a multicultural environment with a Global IT team and business units remotely
• Analytical problem solving, process improvements and documentation skills are key abilities for this position
• Identify specific actions necessary to integrate Amadeus products/services.
• Establish and manage the product/solution integration schedule.
• Determine and document adaptations to Amadeus products and services.
• Write functional specifications used for customization and/or verify that specifications reflect customer requirements.
• Guarantee that customized products/solutions meet specified requirements.
• Perform the necessary tests on the customized solution before it is delivered to the customer.
• Provide functional support and problem resolution to sales and/or customer functional staff.
• Support project activities during the implementation.
• Take a specific customer Implementation in a dedicated time and follow the process in detail and realize all needed works such as set-up of a new system (configurations, security system module, file watchers and SFTP folders, ) and execute all the tests (such as automated DCO/BCO/ Partner Interface Testing).
• Good Knowledge of using Postman tool.
• Eager to work in a very dynamic environment
