We are seeking an experienced and dedicated sales consultant to join our dynamic team. Role Overview:
The Patient Coordinator will play a key role in managing patient interactions from initial inquiry and making sales. This position requires a blend of communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and an understanding of the medical tourism industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional service and being goal driven.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management: Efficiently manage patient enquiries and leads, providing rapid and accurate responses to potential clients, ensuring a high level of engagement.
Providing knowledge: Being able to explain procedures, pricing, and travel logistics related to plastic surgery.
Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with potential clients, guiding them through the decision-making process with empathy and professionalism.
Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with leads, ensuring timely communication to maintain engagement and answer any additional questions they may have.
Collaboration with Surgeons: Liaise with surgeons to provide accurate medical information and ensure the patient’s requirements are met.
Patient Coordination: Coordinate patient bookings, including travel, accommodation, and surgery schedules, ensuring a seamless experience..
Database Management: Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, consultations, and sales leads using CRM software.
Target Achievement: Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Requirements:

Minimum of two years of experience in the medical tourism industry.
University Degree, preferably in Medical Tourism, International Business and English Translation but open to other subjects.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
