Medical Translator (French or Russian)

We are seeking a skilled Medical Translator to join our dental clinic team, with a focus on translating medical documents and communications. The ideal candidate will be fluent in French or Russian, with French being the primary language needed. This role requires excellent translation abilities to ensure clear, accurate communication between our clinic and patients, as well as translating dental-related content such as treatment plans, medical histories, and patient inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate dental and medical documents, including patient forms, treatment plans, and marketing materials, primarily from English to French or Russian.
- Assist the clinic staff in communicating with French- and Russian-speaking patients, ensuring all medical instructions and details are understood.
- Provide accurate and culturally sensitive translations in both written and verbal forms.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and medical records.
- Work closely with our healthcare professionals to ensure consistent terminology and clarity in translations.
- Fluency in French (required) or Russian (preferred).
- Previous experience in medical translation or a similar role in the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of dental terminology and concepts is a plus.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
