ABOUT THE TEAM

If you want to feel the heartbeat of Trendyol, you’re in the right place! The Operations Team manages end-to-end operational activities and development processes in the competitive marketplace. Within the Operations Team, there are six main focused disciplines: Planning, Analytics, Cost & Charge, Fulfillment Operations, Operational Excellence, Seller and Delivery Operations, Warehouse Design, and Business Intelligence.

Your Main Responsibilities

Make sure of the durability of bulk orders of our global partners from EU,UK,MENA,CIS,SEA, and LATAM
Coordination between business, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure internal operations are carried out efficiently
Responsible for daily customs operations & supporting accredited documentation to the related parties such as customs broker, forwarder, and the customers
Follow up day-to-day and monthly invoicing transactions with finance team & ensure the parties come to an agreement
Support of business development projects in the field of interest, such as HS code automization, B2B Platform
Work closely with procurement and planning teams to understand and apply customer needs
Keep close track of sales reports of each account to drive business and marketing insights
Manage and follow up all B2B operations end to end

Qualities We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree within Business Administration, Logistics, Foreign Trade or similar fields
Minimum one year of experience in a related business field, preferably in a customs agency or export sales departments
Written and verbal communication skills in English are assets for this position
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication abilities
Quick thinker, comes up with fast solutions to solve possible day-to-day operational problems
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while multitasking and maintaining a strong eye for details
Good command of MS Office applications (especially excel knowledge)
