Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth front desk operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Requirements:

Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and basic office equipment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with office software and equipment; experience with scheduling and managing calendars is a plus.
Soft Skills: Professional appearance and demeanor, ability to manage multiple tasks, and strong problem-solving abilities.
Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Job Duties:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and manage appointment scheduling.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist with office supplies inventory and ordering.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient office operations.
