Senior Financial Planning Analyst

The role is opened to continue our daily milestone in serving our patients & partners and give them the highest level of support & partnership which is aligned with our daily mission to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life.

For this role, you will be expected to be located in İstanbul, Turkey.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Providing support to Financial Planning and Analysis in preparing Annual Operating Plan, Forecast and Strategic Plan
Supporting all commercial channels via providing financial support and guidance
Monitoring financial performance and commercial targets, working closely with commercial team
Providing ad-hoc analysis and supporting reporting activities
Identifying variances between actual and budgeted financial results monthly and following up with actionable insight
Pursuing continuous improvement in business processes for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Supporting business development initiatives, actively taking part in projects

Required knowledge and experience:

A bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position preferably within a multinational environment
Experience in Audit working for one of the big 4.
Knowledge of financial reporting frameworks (e.g. statutory accounting, IFRS, USGAAP, budgeting)
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Result oriented, self-motivated and dedicated
Good knowledge of SAP
