Senior Supply Chain Specialist

Sephora has been active in Turkey since 2007, with 40 stores and online in 9 different cities. As Sephora Turkey, we are looking for a “Senior Supply Chain Specialist”.
Your Role at Sephora: To provide user departments, suppliers and stakeholders with selective goods and services that add value by meeting their needs and expectations at the lowest cost possible and avoiding loss of sales by keeping availability on the shelf high.
You will be responsible for:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the company’s business goals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the supply chain.
- Manage and monitor stock operations.
- Develop demand forecasts and inventory replenishment strategies.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and category teams to align supply with demand.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve supply chain objectives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Develop and implement demand planning strategies to meet store needs.
- Minimum 3 years of similar experience,
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office,
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, (French is a plus)
- Strong reporting and analytical skills,
- Result oriented, strong customer centric approach and collabrative.
