Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics or similar field of studies

Full proficiency in English

Having minimum 3 years of supply chain experience, preferably in transportation

Good command of MS Office programs, good Excel skills is a must

Having good analytical, numerical and problem solving skills

Having strong communication skills

Having Excellent interpersonal, leadership, motivation and planning skills

Able to work in flexible working hours and to travel for abroad business trips

Job Description:

Develop supply chain optimization projects (eg. network design, route optimization) to minimize supply chain cost

Understanding customer requirements and translating this into improvement initiatives for his/her business area

To coordinate with a number of different functions within all DHL divisions

To coordinate and provide leadership to a project team in order to maximize output on strategic initiatives

Commercial awareness and understanding of key cost drivers within the supply chain

Supporting financial and operational management, and ensuring both customers and DHL requirements are met

Work closely with all stakeholders to provide best in class supply chain solutions through the use of mutually agreed carriers

Ensure all savings are tracked and recorded in line with agreed customer methodologies

To manage and report gain share savings to both internal and external customers

Develop effective plans for business improvement activities and development of customer account

Support achievement of contractual cost down targets

Showing high multitasking ability to deal with multiple saving projects at the same time

Reporting of delivered projects regularly
