Fintech project, the purpose of which is to create and maintain banking platforms. Users are bank employees, which is about 10,000. Various platforms are used to serve clients of the bank who would like to invest their money in one of Canada’s largest banks and also internal employees of the bank.

• 1+ year of commercial experience
• Good at manual testing methodologies and adeptness in test documentation
• Experience in reviewing manual/automation test plans & providing optimal test coverage
• Experience in backend automation Rest Assured, Rest Sharp, Postman, etc.
• Desire to dive into the business logic of the project
• At least Intermediate Strong English level
• Being familiar with Jenkins CI tool – good to have
• Have basic experience with SQL
• Able to read application logs – good to have

You will be working mainly on manual testing, able to support automation work potentially. This includes:

• Testing new features after they pass the development phase
• Understanding how the product works to make better solutions
• Covering those features with automated tests potentially
• Locating possible issues in tests/applications on test failures
• Fixing test failures
• Following scrum procedures: Daily standups, refinement sessions, sprint planning, etc;
