We seek a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our team.
As a member of our UX Center, you will oversee experience and connect research results with possible design solutions.

This role is for those who are ready to challenge the status quo and create out of the box. There will be a lot of R&D, and only a couple solutions will be implemented. This role is about conceptualizing, prototyping, researching, testing, presenting, and debating innovative alternative solutions. Within this you’ll have a lot of freedom of creativity, the ability to make things different.

In this role, you will:

• Identify the target audience’s needs and problems based on the present quality and quantity of data
• Create innovative and alternative concepts and prototypes based on research data
• Design solutions development with the product’s goals and technical limitations taken into account through conducting research together with the team, with a subsequent analysis of the received data and insights search
• Participate in the product and/or company’s design community initiatives through developing better communication, mutual choice of tools, experience, knowledge and feedback exchange, launching and coordination of additional projects in the area

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• 4+ years in product or UX design
• Portfolio demonstrating innovative design solutions, problem-solving skills, hands-on expertise
• Innovative vision for our product experiences leveraging user interface principles, materials, inputs etc.
• Strong understanding of HCI principles, understanding of the development process
• Experience in designing detailed, interactive prototypes to simulate the full product experience
• User advocacy
• Good experience in UX research
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present design ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proactivity, self-organization, innovation
• Experience working with Figma (it is a primary design tool in Mac Paw, so you need to have practical skills and be confident using it)
• Upper-Intermediate English
• Fluent Ukrainian

As a plus:

• High level of curiosity for technology amplified by your design craft
• Experience with AI products design
• Experience with Mac OS

Hybrid work model

We also rent space in the Promprylad Coworking in Ivano-Frankivsk and reimburse the costs of renting a coworking space in any other city.
