Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Developer - Arabic Speaker at Property Shop Investment LLC (PSI) in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Senior Business Developer will be responsible for leading the business development efforts, generating leads, conducting market research, providing exceptional customer service, and fostering communication with clients.
- Client Acquisition: You'll be identifying and targeting potential clients in the real estate sector. It's all about finding and connecting with new clients.
- Market Analysis: This involves conducting market research to spot opportunities for business expansion. You'll help us understand where the market is heading and how we can grow.
- Relationship Building: Cultivating strong relationships with clients and stakeholders is crucial. You'll be the go-to person for maintaining these important connections.
- Deal Closures: Leading negotiations and securing business deals will be a big part of your role. You’ll ensure that we close deals that benefit both our clients and our company.
- Networking: You’ll be expanding your network within the real estate industry, meeting new people, and making valuable connections.
- Developer Relations: This involves identifying, prospecting, and establishing partnerships with real estate developers. You'll be the bridge between us and the developers, helping to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
