About the job...

• Process supplier invoices for parts, repairs, or other services rendered, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
• Verify invoice details and obtain necessary approvals before processing payments.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and manage payment schedules.
• Issue customer statements for service and parts sales, or other charges.
• Track outstanding customer invoices and promptly follow up on overdue payments.
• Process customer payments (cash, check, credit card) and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, account reconciliations, and bank statement verifications.
• Prepare reports summarising financial transactions and account balances.
• Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed.
