Temporary Accounts Assistant
I'm delighted to be working alongside a busy team based near Stirling to recruit a Finance Assistant on a temporary basis during the build-up to Christmas. Working alongside the rest of the accounts function, you will be responsible for the day-to-day transactional duties. You will be a strong communicator and well-organised. Experience with Xero is extremely desirable in this opportunity.
Based near Stirling, this role will initially be fully office based during the training period before allowing 1-2 days working from home. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Bank reconciliations
• Processing invoices using Xero
• Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable inboxes
• Liaising with suppliers
• Ad hoc duties to support the wider finance function.

This would be a great opportunity for someone to get stuck in during the build-up to Christmas.
