We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling accounts, along with proven expertise in sales and marketing. This role is essential for driving business growth, managing key client relationships, and ensuring the smooth financial operation of accounts. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee client accounts, ensuring accurate billing, reporting, and payment processing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for their needs.
  • Create and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
  • Analyze sales trends and market data to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor and report on key account metrics, ensuring client satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1+ years) in an Account Executive or similar role, handling accounts and sales.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and experience with account management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships and work collaboratively with internal teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
