Role Overview:
The Oradent Group is seeking an experienced and highly organised Administration Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Operations Team. As the Operations Administration Assistant , The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the Operations Team to enable the smooth operation of the team undertaking administrative tasks, scheduling meetings, maintaining and updating key documents in the organisation also ensuring efficient communications between the operations team and the organisation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team and contribute to the continued success of a leading Dental company
Responsibilities:
Operations administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the operations team, organising meetings, handling correspondence, and drafting/ managing reports and documents as required.
Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the Operations team calendars, scheduling and coordinating meetings, and ensuring commitments are prioritized effectively.
Communication Management: Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing incoming communications, screening phone calls in a professional and timely manner on behalf of the Operations Team.
Meeting Coordination: Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agenda preparation, and distribution of relevant materials. Take accurate meeting minutes and follow up on action items for the Operations team.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
Document Management: Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring information is easily accessible and properly archived. Ensuring contracts are in date and informing the Operations Director when contracts are due for renewal.
Ad hoc Support: Provide additional support to the Operations team as required, including conducting research, preparing presentations, and assisting with special projects.
Qualifications:
Pay: £28,000.00 per year

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Senior Administration Assistant.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and polished demeanor.
- Proficient in using productivity tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management systems.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive and resourceful problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and find solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organisation.
- Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing priorities and deadlines.
Pay: £28,000.00 per year
