Salary: £30,000 basic annual salary

Permanent: 37.5 hours a week Monday - Friday

• Supporting the day-to-day logistics operations - coordinating stock movements, managing inventory - including overseeing rotation and vested stock, and maintaining accurate records
  
• Responsible for ensuring transactions and transfers are accurate , booking in vehicles and products onto the in-house system
  
• Ensure that paperwork is completed correctly and system data is accurate as well as conduct filing and general administrative tasks
  
• Provide in-person, phone, and email communication with internal teams and suppliers to receive information and documentation in a timely manner and resolve any concerns, escalating any issues or discrepancies
  
• Ensure Health and Safety at all times , setting an example of best practice and adherence to global standards.
  

• Excellent organisational and communication skills with s trong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under deadlines
  
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  
• Previous inventory experience preferred with experience of using WMS or ERP ideal
