Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Reporting Manager: Director
Basic Requirements: Conduct property inspections and create detailed inventory reports
Document the condition of properties, including fixtures and furnishings
Coordinate with property maintenance teams to ensure repairs and maintenance are completed
Use digital tools and software for efficient reporting
Maintain accurate records of property inventory
Communicate effectively with property owners and tenants
Follow safety and compliance guidelines
Work Authorization: Candidates must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
