Qualifications: A-level/equivalent or above
Job description:
Location: Based in Reading and Slough
- Document the condition of properties, including fixtures and furnishings
- Coordinate with your line manager or Lettings Agent to ensure repairs and maintenance issues you've noted on the inspection reports are highlighted efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of property inventory
- Communicate effectively with property owners, tenants and Letting Agents
- Follow safety and compliance guidelines
- Confirm with your line manager whether keys can be released to the tenant after each inventory
Essential:
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time-management
- Diary management
- Basic computer literacy
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in working to targets and meeting deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Desirable not essential:
- Drivers License and Car
- Experience using Inventory Base
- Experience working in the Real Estate industry
- Experience in commuting around London and surrounding areas
