We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Platform Logistics Operation Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with a proven track record of warehousing/fulfillment and transportation operational execution background and ensuring operational excellence.

Skills and Qualifications
Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• Advanced degrees or certifications in logistics or supply chain management are advantageous.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or account management, preferably within the 3PL industry. Fulfillment Operations, warehousing operations background in operational data, invoicing, freight auditing is a big advantage.
• Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships as Customer Service gained in 3PL/Fulfillment/Transportation Service Providers is an asset.

Technical Proficiency:

• Proficiency in logistics and supply chain management software, such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
• The usage of Accounting Software, Freight Audit is an advantage, but not essential.

• Analytical: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret logistics data and generate actionable insights.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills to quickly address and resolve logistics issues.

• Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills for managing contracts and service agreements.
