Role Overview
We are now recruiting skilled Bakers for our production site in Hayes.
We are looking for candidates with experience in producing handcrafted bread to join our team on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities

• Prepare breads from our various ranges and other baked products.
• This will include mixing, scaling, shaping before baking.
• Ensure all products are made to the set quality standards and in line with daily orders daily.
• Monitor production in a consistent and professional manner.
• Manage high volumes.
• Maintain cleanliness of your work area including utensils and equipment.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in bread baking in a high volume environment.
• Ability to produce bread using manual and/or industrial processes.
• Knowledge of dough preparation times and procedures and various baking techniques.
• Ability to operate bread ovens.
• Knowledge of health, safety and hygiene regulations for food preparation.
• Ability to multitask and plan

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Culinary school diploma or equivalent baking certification.
• Passion for premium bakery products.

Additional info

• 5 shifts of 9 hours per week organised through a weekly rota.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
