We are seeking a passionate and visionary Business Development Manager to spearhead our efforts in accelerating the transition from diesel-powered equipment to electric alternatives, particularly in urban areas and industrial sectors. You will possess a deep understanding of sustainable practices and a proven track record in driving growth and innovation. You will be pivotal in identifying and capitalizing on emerging market opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and advocating for cleaner, more efficient technologies. Atlas Copco can play a crucial part in reducing environmental impact, enhancing urban air quality, and positioning our company as a leader in the sustainable transformation of portable Air.

The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Implement the APE sustainability strategy aligned with the divisional targets and group core values.
• Assess the company's and customer’s environmental and social impact, identify areas for improvement, set measurable targets and objectives with special focus on the business outcomes on both sides.
• Support partners and customers on developing and improving their sustainability roadmap providing consultancy as an advisor for renewable energy options and the use of clean technologies.
• Embed sustainability principles throughout our customers business strategy, improving and/or driving a new revenue stream with a positive change towards a more diversified business while targeting APE products.
• In collaboration with other divisions, develop and improve the sales enablement tools that will support the correct promotion of our low and zero-carbon solutions.
• Map and develop the national key contractors and players that will be involved in the use and or in the application of our sustainable solutions, ensuring a clear understand of our competitive advantages.
• Periodically report the sustainability results in terms of footprint, carbon emission and the related product portfolio results together with the market and competitor analysis.
• Achieve results of objectives agreed with business line manager and general manager within dedicated segment.
• You will report to the Business Line Manager.

To succeed, you will need

• University degree or above, majored in mechanical engineering, environtmental policies or other related.
• More than 5 years’ experience in green technology marketing and or sales in air compressors \ construction equipment \ engineering.
• Very good English in both spoken and written.
• Excellent computer skills including PPT, Excel...
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.
• Willing to travel to customers sites nationally, internationally for product training and business events from time to time.
