  • Salary: £22,370 Per Annum (Plus Bonuses and Commission based on meetings arranged and contracts awarded).
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday Exact timings will be discussed at interview and can be flexible to suit the right candidates.
  • Holidays: 25 Holidays per annum

Our mission is to ensure safety and peace of mind for our clients, and we are looking for 2 motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as a Business Development Executive. The individuals will be responsible for developing highly qualified leads and generating meeting opportunities for the business development team to attend.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell our security services and products.
  • Provide detailed information about our security solutions, addressing client inquiries effectively.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team to follow up with prospects.
  • Maintain and update customer database with relevant information.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive relationship with prospective clients.
Upsell and cross-sell other products that may be useful for clients.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a similar customer-focused role.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Confidence in making outbound calls and handling objections.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time efficiently.
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented.
  • Familiarity with security products and services (preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided).
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Resilient and positive nature – able to handle rejection.
