We’re looking for a highly motivated, date-driven, commercially-minded CRM Manager to drive continuous growth for the business. This is a great opportunity to join fast-growing and dynamic company, with huge potential for personal development.
In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing communications plan and CRM program across our apparel brands. You will manage the Ometria CRM platform, leveraging data insights to inform strategic decisions and maximise revenue opportunities. You will manage a team executing daily email marketing tasks in alignment with the strategic vision, ensuring campaigns are engaging and effective. You will analyse campaign performance and customer data to continuously optimise marketing strategies and enhance customer engagement. Leading and mentoring a talented team will be essential, as you foster a collaborative environment focussed on achieving Key Performance indicators. We are looking for candidates with proven experience in marketing and CRM, preferably within a ecommerce environment.

This role is based in offices in Burgess Hill, 15 mins outside Brighton.
The Role
  • Build and manage the Marketing Plan for our brands, leveraging the full suite of channels and engaging with customers throughout their journey.
  • Create and implement CRM strategies to increase retention, brand loyalty and lifetime value.
  • Utilise our CRM system to analyse customer data, track goals and report how well our campaigns and customer health are tracking against set KPIs.
  • Work with your team of executives to send out targeted emails to customers using advanced segmentation, A/B testing and automation to drive the best performance.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing and Ecommerce teams to deliver targeted communication through Paid Search, Social and Websites.
  • Work independently and with our direct marketing partner agencies to create a program of Direct Mail activity to recruit, engage, reward, retain and reactivate our audience.
  • Plan and execute a program of Print Advertising to create brand awareness, recruit and reactivate customers.
  • Provide accurate, timely and insightful reports to stakeholders on agreed KPIs and recommend steps to drive CRM performance.
  • Manage, motivate, and inspire the team – currently 3 x Executives.
  • Form positive and productive working relationships across the business, particularly with Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, Creative, Ecommerce and Buying & Merchandising.
Key Objectives
  • Increase the Lifetime Value of our customers by increasing purchase frequency and value.
  • Grow the customer base through cost effective acquisition and reactivation.
  • Maintain and develop our email base through careful segmentation and management of delivery.
  • Increase brand awareness and reach across all marketing channels.
Your Skills
  • CRM Platform Expert (min 5 years, ideally in ecommerce), experience with Ometria or similar CRM system desirable.
  • Experience in email marketing and strong understanding of best practice.
  • Advanced understanding of customer segmentation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Creative thinking with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving results.
  • Confident with a strong sense of ownership and self-motivation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and plan accordingly.
  • Knowledge of latest digital marketing trends.
  • Able to manage and motivate a team.
  • Collaborative team member with the ability to persuade and influence stakeholders across the business.

Location & Work Environment:
The role is based at the Wourth Group head office in Burgess Hill, just 15 minutes outside of Brighton. While the position primarily involves in-person work, occasional remote working can be accommodated to support a healthy work-life balance.
