Our customer services advisor's role is critical to our business's success. You will work within our busy Telesales and Customer service team, responsible for the following.

Location and Hours: This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week Monday – Friday 8am-5pm, Our Head Office is located on the Rougham Industrial Estate in Bury St Edmunds, with easy access to the A134 & A14.
Salary: £26,000
The Role

• Manage our Customer Service Inbox.
• Handling customer complaints, escalating when necessary to the relevant department heads.
• Monitoring Slack / Online reviews for customer feedback, acting on them accordingly.
• Preparing and distributing reports.
• Assisting our sales team.
• Manage self in adherence with HR procedures and recommendations and ensure compliance with Health & Safety Policies.
• Demonstrate positively against the company’s core values and leadership traits.
• To take responsibility for or carry out any other tasks that may be required from time to time.

Who we’re looking for

• Previous experience in a customer support role or a similar position.
• Great at building rapport with customers
• Positive, can-do attitude with a desire to learn and willingness to get stuck into a variety of tasks.
• Computer literate and interested in using and learning about new software and digital tools.
• Strong and effective communication and people skills, with the ability to take responsibility and make decisions with an understanding of business impact.
• Integrity to do the right things dependably.
• Tactful; to be sensitive to what someone is feeling or experiencing, especially when dealing with a difficult issue.
