Digital Marketing Executive - Fast Growing Ecommerce Group

Wourth Group is the new home of over 50’s fashion & lifestyle and is a fast-growing online retailer with a growing number of international websites selling natural clothing, footwear and homeware directly to consumers around the world. Our brands include Wool Overs, Pure Collection, Hotter, Roama, Scotts of Stow and Thought.
We’re looking for a highly motivated, data-driven, commercially-minded Digital Marketing Executive to assist with digital marketing and drive continuous growth for the business. This role is based in offices in Burgess Hill, 15 mins outside Brighton.
The Role
- Working with the Digital Marketing Manager to drive digital marketing performance, reporting and strategy for PPC and Paid Social.
- Monitoring and optimising product feeds for Shopping ads and Paid Social.
- Providing accurate, timely and insightful Reporting and Analysis on performance on Digital Marketing Channels.
- Collaborating with Ecommerce, Creative and Buying & Merchandising teams to ensure site content is implemented in line with best practice for Search channels.
- Working with our Google, Bing, META and marketing tech partners.
- Generate Traffic and Revenue for Wourth Group consumer brands using PPC and Paid Social channels, achieving target ROAS and CPA.
- Drive organic traffic and revenue to Wourth Group consumer brand websites through best practice SEO.
- Reflect Wourth Group brand values across our Digital Marketing channels.
- Deliver the Digital Marketing elements of the Customer Acquisition and CRM Strategy.
- Working knowledge of PPC including Search, Shopping, Display and Paid Social.
- Likely to have 2+ years experience in either a hands-on PPC role at an established retailer or agency.
- Confident users of Google Analytics.
- Awareness of SEO principles.
- Good communicator able to collaborate confidently with colleagues.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The role is based at the Wourth Group head office in Burgess Hill, just 15 minutes outside of Brighton. While the position primarily involves in-person work, occasional remote working can be accommodated to support a healthy work-life balance.

Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
