The role
As an Exchange Project Manager, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll be working international technology transfer and collaboration furthering the Royal Navy capabilities through the international stage.

Day-to-day, you’ll manage allocated projects and carry out schedule management, including cross-enterprise and international programme engagement.

• International project management collaboration
• Managing database of information transfer
• Management of Babcock personnel need to knows
• Managing the allocated department resource, within the scope of their allocated projects.

This role is full time, 35 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 2 days in the office/onsite and 3 days working from home.

Essential experience of the Exchange Project Manager:

• Demonstrable project management experience
• Opportunity seeking and collaborative to be able to work with a multi-disciplinary and international team
• Strong communications skills
• Proactive and ability manage work load effectively
• Qualifications for the Exchange Project Manager:
• A project management or engineering degree (or equivalent)
