What does the job involve?
Experienced Personal Care assistant needed for 20 hours a week for a disabled lady to help around the house, domestic care, personal care, cooking, light shopping . Knowledge of manual handling and maneuvring a wheelchairis essential The candidate will need to have experience working with disabled people in their own home
The candidate should be trustworthy, very compassionate and respectful. They will need to have a professional work ethic with the highest regard to confidentiality. It is desirable to be local
Hours and schedule to be discussed with the employer
Proof of entitlement to work in the UK will be required as well as checkable references.
Hours / days: 20 hours a week
Pay rate: £13.50 per hour.
Skills / experience / qualifications required: Must have worked with disabled people and wheelchair users and have a proven record of experience as a care assistant
