Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team. The ideal candidates will provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being in a supportive and respectful environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Support residents with mobility and transfer needs.
• Monitor and record changes in residents’ health and report any concerns to senior staff.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Follow care plans and contribute to care plan updates as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a care setting is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
