Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team. The ideal candidates will provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being in a supportive and respectful environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Support residents with mobility and transfer needs.
- Monitor and record changes in residents’ health and report any concerns to senior staff.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Follow care plans and contribute to care plan updates as needed.
- Previous experience in a care setting is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
