We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Registered Manager (Non-Nurse)** to join our team at a well-established **care home** in Bromley. ### Key Responsibilities:
- **Management of the Care Home**: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring the provision of excellent care in line with regulatory standards.
- **Compliance & Governance**: Ensure the home is fully compliant with all **CQC regulations**, policies, and procedures, maintaining high standards of care and safety.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead, motivate, and support a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, care assistants, and administrative staff.
- **Staff Recruitment & Development**: Manage the recruitment, training, and development of staff, ensuring continuous professional development and a well-trained team.
- **Financial Management**: Monitor budgets, ensure financial sustainability, and oversee resources efficiently.
- **Resident Care & Wellbeing**: Ensure residents receive personalised care tailored to their individual needs, fostering a homely and safe environment.
- **Quality Assurance & Improvement**: Develop and implement care plans and quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Build positive relationships with families, external stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, including CQC inspections.
- **Health & Safety**: Oversee the health and safety of the care home environment, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations and guidelines.

### About You:
- Proven experience as a **Registered Manager** in a **care home** setting or a similar senior management role within healthcare.
- Strong understanding of **CQC standards** and regulations and a track record of delivering compliant and high-quality care services.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
- Ideally, a background in **elderly care** or **adult social care**, but not required to be a nurse.
- **Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care** (or equivalent) preferred, or willingness to work towards it.
