Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare services to patients. Your primary responsibilities will include patient care, medication administration, and utilising your knowledge of anatomy to deliver exceptional nursing care.
Duties

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualised care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration as a Registered Nurse
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate proficiency in patient assessment, care planning, and medication administration
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Previous experience in a clinical setting is desirable but not essential
