**Job Description:**
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Charge Nurse (RMN) to join our team in Ystrad Rhondda. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals to stabilize their mental health and behaviors, maximizing their independence and facilitating their reintegration into the community.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the nursing team in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with mental health needs.
- Develop, implement, and review individualized care plans to meet the specific needs of residents.
- Ensure compliance with NMC standards and maintain accurate patient records.
- Conduct assessments, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to care strategies.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff and support their professional development.
- Foster a therapeutic environment that encourages recovery and independence.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to care.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of three years’ experience as a Charge Nurse (RMN).
- Valid NMC PIN and current registration.
- Relevant clinical experience in mental health settings.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
