### Job Description: Charge Nurse (RMN)

**Salary:** £41,475.00 per annum + £3,000 Welcome Bonus
**Hours:** Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Days and Nights)

#### Key Responsibilities:
- **Leadership:** Provide senior nursing leadership to the ward nursing team in support of the Ward Manager and Hospital Director.
- **Clinical Care:** Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, ensuring that the needs of our residents are met with compassion and professionalism.
- **Care Planning:** Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- **Patient Stabilization:** Work with individuals to stabilize their mental health and behaviors, focusing on rehabilitation and community reintegration.
- **Organizational Skills:** Manage ward activities, ensuring smooth operations and optimal patient care delivery.
- **Team Collaboration:** Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting teamwork and shared responsibility for resident care.
- **Clinical Supervision:** Provide support and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
- **Adaptability:** Respond quickly to changing needs within the service, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to care.
#### Qualifications:
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years working as a Charge Nurse (RMN) with relevant clinical experience.
- **NMC Registration:** Must hold a valid NMC pin.
- **Patient-Centric Focus:** Strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
- **Organizational Capability:** Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- **Leadership Skills:** Proven experience in clinical leadership with the ability to inspire and support a team.
