Inside Sales Renewals Representative – EMEA
Location: Remote UK
We can offer a hybrid approach to office and remote working.

The Role:
We currently have an exciting opportunity to recruit within Thales Cloud Protection & Licensing for an Inside Sales Renewals Representative to support our UK renewals business. Your role will be responsible for selling renewals of product support services and license subscription for the achievement of the sales quota assigned. You will be responsible for being knowledgeable of the various support plans available for the company’s product lines so you can articulate effectively the features, benefits and pricing of those plans to prospective customers.
You will work closely with the customer, understanding and probing for customer requirements in order to match a support plan to the customer’s needs. You will work with the customer throughout the renewals lifecycle, ensuring the customer receives a timely and accurate quotation for the appropriate plan or subscription and manage the process through receipt of the purchase and invoicing.
Key responsibilities and Tasks:

Responsible for the renewal of all maintenance and subscription contracts within agreed sales region.

Work closely with sales account managers to ensure product/maintenance up sell opportunities are identified.

Process maintenance and subscription renewal activities following defined processes and systems, ensuring timely and accurate maintenance renewals are in place for all open agreements.

Responsible for the accurate and timely tracking and reporting of renewal performance and retention data

Responsible for ensuring all support contracts follow Revenue Recognition guidelines.

Work with maintenance global team to align processes, establish maintenance pricing guidelines.
About You:
We are looking for a proactive and adaptable individual with experience in a fast paced sales environment; experience in renewals sales/ IT environment would be advantageous. You will have a good understanding of CRM or ERP systems as well as experience in telephone sales experience/customer service/support experience. We are looking for an individual with excellent influencing and negotiation skills, able to work with a wide range of customers an stakeholders, as well as strong objection handling skills.
Any additional foreign or European language will be beneficial.
