In the role of the Laboratory Coordinator you will oversee a small team of Laboratory administrators to ensure accurate and on time completion of day-to-day, weekly and monthly administrative tasks. Alongside administrative tasks such as scanning, collecting data, filing and answering emails, there will be opportunity to ensure systems are up to date, manage sales and purchase quotes and the invoicing process whilst liaising with customers and internal accounts.
The ideal candidate for this job will have strong experience of working in a commercial administration role and will have strong organised, analytical and attention to detail skills. Being capable of managing and prioritising under pressure with the ability to respond to changing priorities is a key quality that is needed in within this role.
